By accessing or using Table Mouse ("Service"), operated by Table Mouse ("we," "us," or "our") at tablemouse.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These terms apply to venue operators ("Venue Owners") who subscribe to Table Mouse and to guests ("Guests") who make reservations through the platform.
Table Mouse is a cloud-based reservation management platform designed for tea houses, tea rooms, and similar hospitality venues. The Service includes online booking, floor plan management, guest profiles, event management, automated communications (email and SMS), analytics, and payment processing through third-party integrations.
To use Table Mouse as a Venue Owner, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.
Table Mouse offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
Subscription plans (Essentials, Growth, and Enterprise) are billed monthly. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Additional charges may apply for SMS messages exceeding your plan's included amount, billed at $0.02 per message. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
If you cancel during the free trial, no charges will be incurred.
Venue Owners may configure their booking settings to require deposits from Guests at the time of reservation. Deposits are processed through Square and are subject to the venue's own cancellation and refund policies.
Table Mouse facilitates the reservation process but is not a party to the agreement between Venue Owners and Guests. Disputes regarding reservations, deposits, or services should be resolved directly between the venue and the guest.
Table Mouse sends automated SMS and email communications on behalf of Venue Owners, including booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices. Venue Owners are responsible for ensuring that Guests have opted in to receive SMS messages in compliance with applicable laws.
Guests may opt out of SMS communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by visiting our SMS preferences page.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Table Mouse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service (venue information, guest data, floor plans, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Square (payments), and supports embedding on platforms such as Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Shopify. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for changes that materially affect your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Table Mouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Table Mouse harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may request export of your data within 30 days of account termination by contacting us at reservations@tablemouse.com.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
